How to Move Students to a Different Class

Ordo understands the importance of having students in their correct roster. Ensuring that students are in their correct grade level or homeroom will help in managing passout easily. 

If parents have accidentally chosen an incorrect grade level or homeroom when they set up their Ordo accounts, School Admins can easily correct the student’s roster via Ordo Schools. Please follow these steps:

1. Login to Ordo Schools.

2. Click the three lines on the upper left hand side.

3. Click “Students”.

4. Filter or search using the student’s last name.

Note: Click the Filter button if it’s not visible.

5. The list of students with the last name you searched for will appear. Click the pencil icon on the right side of the student’s name.

6. Click the dropdown and select the correct roster.

7. Click the “Save” icon.

That’s it! You just moved the student to the correct grade level or homeroom! 🙌

  1. Look for the specific order then click the “Request help” button.

  1. Add your notes and some details that will help us help you.

  1. Click “Submit Help Request”.

Notifying Ordo via the email

Please send us an email at  support@ordoschools.com with the following details:

  1. Your child’s name.
  2. Your child’s school’s name
  3. Date when the order is scheduled to be served, 
  4. Short description of the issue you'd like us to address (e.g., cancel an order, modify an order, update payment info, etc.).

You can also send us a text message at (855) 756-2909.

What do I do if I accidentally ordered twice?

Contact us support@ordoschools.com to have us cancel the second order! We will refund you, and delete the duplicate from your account. All refunds redeposit in 3-10 days.

How do I cancel an order?

There are three ways to notify us if you need the cancel to be ordered:

Notifying Ordo via the app

  1. Go to your Orders Upcoming page.
  1. Look for the specific order then click the “Request help” button.

  1. Add your notes and indicate the reason why you want to cancel the order.

  1. Click “Submit Help Request”.

Notifying Ordo via the email

Please send us an email at  support@ordoschools.com with the following details:

  1. Your child’s name.
  2. Your child’s school’s name
  3. Date when the order is scheduled to be served, 
  4. Short description why you’d like us to cancel the order (e.g., child is sick, child has a field trip, etc.).

You can also send us a text message at (855) 756-2909.

How do I modify an order?

Go to Ordo and select “My Account” in the top right. You’ll see a drop down option for “Orders,” and select your order from “Past Orders.” Once you’re there, you can submit a help request directly tied to that order to our support team. Please include your child's name, the date you'd like to modify, and school in your message. You can also email us directly support@ordoschools.com. We respond within 24 hours! Your refund will be redeposited in 5-10 days.

How do I change my student's homeroom or lunch period?

Reach out to support@ordoschools.com to let us know! We upload all students' information from the school directory, but sometimes homerooms or lunch periods change unexpectedly during the year. We'll get it fixed ASAP.

How do I subscribe to Ordo texts and email alerts?

Let us know your cell phone number and email at support@ordschools.com, and we'll get you added to our text and email lists.

How do I unsubscribe from emails or texts?

For emails, select "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any emails that come from Ordo Schools to stop receiving our email correspondence.

For texts, reply to let us know or reply "STOP" to the number you are texted from typically. Please feel free to share feedback with us via support@ordoschools.com. Thank you!

How do I update my account?

Go to Ordo and select “My Account” in the top right. You’ll see a drop-down option for “My Profile.” Once you’re there, you can edit your account information as you need! Click the “Save” button to save all changes you make to your profile.

The only account information you can't change is your email address, which controls your account. If you need help with this, please contact support@ordoschools.com

My order did not show up?

We’re so sorry to hear that there was an issue with your meal and apologize for the mishap. We work with our providers to ensure every meal is delivered, but accidents happen. Please contact support@ordoschools.com with your order number, student’s name, and school and we’ll be happy to remedy this situation!

How do I reschedule my student’s meal?

Because we have to order meals in advance, we cannot modify orders for the current week, but we are able to modify orders a week in advance. If your meal is for next week, we’re happy to try to reschedule orders where possible. Please contact support@ordoschools.com with your order number, student’s name, and school and we’ll be happy to try to solve this situation!
