How do I modify my payment method?

Ordo makes it easy for parents to modify (add/remove) their payment method in their account. Please follow the steps below.

1. Log in on your Account by clicking on this link: https://ordoschools.app/signin 

2. Go to your “Profile”.

     Computer: Click “Account” on the upper right hand side then click “View Profile”

     Mobile Browser: Click the three lines on the upper left hand side then click “View Profile”.

3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, look for “Manage Payment Methods” and click on it.

4. Add your new card by clicking on “Add Payment Method” or delete the other cards by clicking on the trash icon.

Can I use a coupon code or discount code?

We don’t currently offer any discount codes but hope to have further product updates soon. We’d love to hear from you with any feedback. Please feel free to complete this survey and share your feedback with us. Thank you!

How do I get a refund?

If you'd like to edit an upcoming order, go to Ordo and select “My Account” in the top right. You’ll see a drop-down option for “Orders,” and select your order from “Past Orders.” Once you’re there, you can submit a help request to our support team for any changes. We respond within 24 hours! Your refund will be redeposited in 5-10 days.
