- Go to your Orders Upcoming page.
- Look for the specific order then click the “Request help” button.
- Add your notes and some details that will help us help you.
- Click “Submit Help Request”.

Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following details:
- Your child’s name.
- Your child’s school’s name
- Date when the order is scheduled to be served,
- Short description of the issue you'd like us to address (e.g., cancel an order, modify an order, update payment info, etc.).
