To review your orders, go to Ordo and select “My Account” in the top right. You’ll see a drop down option for “Orders.” Here, your orders will be supported into “Upcoming” and “Past” to make it easy to review.
We’re so sorry to hear that there was an issue with your meal and apologize for the mishap. We work with our providers to ensure every meal is delivered, but accidents happen. Because we have to order meals in advance, we cannot modify orders for the current week, but we are able to modify orders a week in advance. If your meal is for next week, we’re happy to try to reschedule orders where possible. Unfortunately, at this time, our providers require orders to be submitted by midnight the week before to guarantee they can get all of the necessary ingredients and deliver on time. We cannot place any orders for the current week after midnight on Friday at this time.
