How do I change my email address on my account?

The only account information you can't change manually is your email address, which controls your account. If you need help with this change, please contact support@ordoschools.com

How do I add a student to my Ordo account?

Go to Ordo and select “My Account” in the top right. You’ll see a drop down option for “My Profile.” Once you’re there, you can edit your account information and add students to your profile if you have a Parent or Staff/Parent hybrid account. Press “Add student” to create a new student, and enter their information. Click the “Save” button to save all changes you make to your profile.

How do I update my account?

Go to Ordo and select “My Account” in the top right. You’ll see a drop-down option for “My Profile.” Once you’re there, you can edit your account information as you need! Click the “Save” button to save all changes you make to your profile.

What type of account do I need? Parent, student & staff accounts

When you sign up, select whether you are a parent, student, staff or parent/staff hybrid. Parent accounts can load up their whole families to one account, Student accounts can only order for themselves, Staff accounts have special permissions, and Staff/Parent hybrid accounts have both capabilities of Parent and Staff accounts.

If you accidentally make the wrong type of account, please reach out and we'll get that fixed for you!

Can I change my account type?

If you accidentally selected the wrong account type or need to modify, we're here to help! Please reach out to support@ordoschools.com, and we'll get your account type updated correctly.

How do I create an account?

If your school is using our lunch program, there's an easy signup flow! When you go to Ordo, select "Create your account." You can make a Parent, Student, Staff, or Parent/Staff hybrid account. Simply enter your profile information, and we'll take care of the rest. This information is saved to your account for future use, so you'll never need to enter it again.

If you don't have Ordo at your school yet, sign up for our waitlist, and we’ll reach out to your school! We work with the administration to get our lunch program set up and running at new schools.

How do I reset my password?

If you've forgotten your password, go to Ordo Sign In page - https://ordoschools.app/signin - and click "Forgot your password?"

Type in the email address of your Ordo account and click "Email Reset Password Link".

An email similar to below will be sent. Please click on the link.

Type in the password you want to use and click on "Save" button.

How do I view my order status?

To review your orders, go to Ordo and select “My Account” in the top right. You’ll see a drop down option for “Orders.” Here, your orders will be supported into “Upcoming” and “Past” to make it easy to review.
