Does Ordo have allergy-safe school lunch?

Yes, Ordo has allergy-safe school lunches. To view allergy-safe options on your school lunch menu, use the “filters” drop-down menu.

You can filter by:

  • Vegetarian
  • Vegan

  • Nut-free
  • Soy-free
Why is a meal labeled "Sold Out"?

If a menu item is marked as "sold out" means that this menu item is no longer available for the following week due to short stock or an unexpected seasonal change.

How are meals delivered & distributed?

We deliver food directly to the schools for them to serve hot to students! The meals are distributed to each student however the school typically distributes meals. Some schools eat in classrooms, while others use a cafeteria.

Only pre-approved drivers who have been background-checked deliver to your school. Safety is our #1 priority.

Are sides included?

Most hot lunches come with a side, which is included in the price! All sides will be photographed with the menu item and listed in the description.

What are the ingredients of a meal/which meals are allergy friendly?

While browsing on Ordo, the allergen information is clearly listed below each menu item. You can also filter your search specifically by dietary needs.

Where is Ordo's food from?

We partner with local chefs and caterers to bring your school homestyle and delicious options. We don't serve Kraft. We offer 4-6 menu items daily & cycle menus weekly. With Ordo, your family will enjoy things like baked macaroni and steamed broccoli.

How do I reschedule my student’s meal?

Because we have to order meals in advance, we cannot modify orders for the current week, but we are able to modify orders a week in advance. If your meal is for next week, we’re happy to try to reschedule orders where possible. Please contact support@ordoschools.com with your order number, student’s name, and school and we’ll be happy to try to solve this situation!

What do I do if I have an issue with the quality of meal?

We’re sorry to hear that the meal didn’t meet expectations. Please share feedback with us here through this survey to help us improve. Please contact support@ordoschools.com if there is anything we can help with!

Can I customize my order or meal?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide any customization to meals at this time. We strive to have a wide selection outside of pizza day to accommodate allergies and are constantly working tirelessly with our providers to offer the best selection possible and are sorry if we’re currently unable to accommodate your student’s allergies or preferences.
