Ordo Refund Policy
To ensure your school’s partner kitchen has the proper time to make adjustments to their meal preparations, we require notification of your student’s meal cancellation the day before it’s scheduled to be served.
Why the night before?
When your order is placed, our team of chefs are notified and begin the process of buying, preparing, and staffing their kitchens to fulfill these orders. A lot of time and effort is put into serving your child the perfect meal.
How do I notify Ordo if I want to cancel an order?

What if I wasn’t able to notify Ordo that my child won’t go to school the night before?
Unfortunately, we won’t be able to issue a refund if we didn’t receive notice the day before. Sorry about that!
When will I receive my refund?
Once a refund is processed you can expect to see those funds back in the same account within 5-7 business days.
