Ordo becomes an approved vendor for CACFP school food service in Kentucky

We’re excited to announce that Ordo is now an approved food service vendor for schools participating in the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) in Kentucky.

With this approval from the Kentucky Department of Education’s Division of School and Community Nutrition, Ordo can now deliver our signature fresh, homestyle meals to more students across the state, including in major cities like Louisville, Lexington, and Owensboro.

We’re proud to support dozens of schools in more than 15 states, using quality ingredients to bring students healthier, tastier meals every day. Ordo has become the fastest-growing school food program in America, providing fresh meals made from scratch every day in our kitchens. Our chefs focus on cooking homestyle, scratch-made food that’s both nutritious and beloved by students. Healthy meals result in better student outcomes, and administrators who invest in their nutrition programs invest in their schools.

Our online platform automates compliance paperwork for reimbursable meals, tracks important metrics like daily participation rate, and handles all payment and order processing.

Ordo offers both vended meal service, where we deliver the food every day, and onsite food service management with our chefs preparing food on campus. We have served all types of schools, from preschools and daycare centers to private and public schools.
